Christy Carroll and Nancy Garrison are wonderful! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were at a total loss of where to even begin. We are so glad we chose team Nancy and Christy. We consider ourselves pretty savvy when it comes to the RE space and interviewed agents that offered lower commissions. What appealed us most about Nancy and Christy was the prep they came to the table with. Right off the bat they made really great yet simple suggestions that would make the house desirable for the buyers. Throughout the selling process Nancy and Christy were extremely responsive and took the time to patiently go over any details that we requested. Because we were out of towners, they took special care during showings to turn off lights/check the door locks at the end of the day.
