Experience, Knowledge and Results! Nancy Garrison is a seasoned, 25 year agent serving the Richmond region (or The RVA as locals call it.) She grew up in Southern California but decided to attend college in Virginia. She lived in Northern Virginia before heading south with her husband and three daughters so they could enjoy more affordable housing, a less congested, slower pace and spend more time focusing on family. To that end she is particularly well versed in assisting relocation clients. Her favorite saying is: “You can be anywhere in Richmond in 20 minutes!”

In 2012, Nancy & her colleague Christy Carroll formed The Carroll & Garrison Team. Living in the same neighborhood, Nancy & Christy initially worked together while assisting neighbors in the buying or selling of their homes within the neighborhood. They worked so well together they decided to expand their neighborhood alliance into a formal partnership. Nancy & Christy are now a 50/50 team on all real estate transactions adding another level of service to their representation. When working with The Carroll & Garrison Team, clients are able to experience the high touch, personal value of two designated agents, & the support of a team structure at the same time. With constant support & open communication, they form relationships with their clients that go far beyond the end of the transaction.
In her spare time, Nancy loves to improve her culinary skills (Ina Garten is her imaginary best friend). She and her husband once hosted a four course Italian Dinner in the Field for 25 people featuring homemade Quatro Formaggi Ravioli and Chicken Marsala. She enjoys traveling the beautiful state of Virginia with her family, vacations at the beach, hiking Crabtree Falls, or visiting one of the more than 300 wineries – Virginia has it all!
