In 2012, Christy Carroll and her colleague Nancy Garrison formed The Carroll & Garrison Team. Living in the same neighborhood, Christy and Nancy initially worked together while assisting neighbors in the buying or selling of their homes within the neighborhood. They worked so well together that they decided to expand their neighborhood alliance into a formal partnership. Christy and Nancy are now a 50/50 team on all real estate transactions, adding another level of service to their representation.
