I have worked with several realtors over the course of my life, but the Christy Carroll and Nancy Garrison team far surpassed my expectations!! They were extremely professional, very strategic in their marketing plan, proactive in communication, as well as highly responsive. The contractor I hired to redo my hardwood floors right before the open house did not fully clean up after completing the job. Being an out-of-town seller I had no way to remedy the situation, but Christy and Nancy not only ensured the floors were spotless, but also applied some touch-up paint on the walls in time for the open house. Their level of customer service is unmatched from my previous experience with realtors. My home sold quickly and at full asking price. Selling a house is stressful, but I have nothing but positive memories due to Christy and Nancy making it such a seamless process. Nancy and Christy started working with us remotely for several months prior to our move to the area. Christy and Nancy were amazing to work with! They expertly guided my Mom (and our family) through the process of selling my Mom's house which she had lived in for over 40 years. At the first meeting (prior to actually signing on with them) they spent over an hour and a half with us, first going through the house and making recommendations as to what needed to be done to get the house ready to be put on the market, walking us through the comparative analyses (professionally prepared) they had already put together, and answering whatever questions we had. The staging, photography, and marketing materials were extremely well done. But the two qualities I most appreciated were their responsiveness and patience. My Mom is in her 80's and had not been involved in selling a house since the mid-1960's. They were exceptionally responsive to the many e-mailed questions, they thoroughly stepped through and explained every document, and were there supporting her until the closing process was complete.
